Precision Color Coded Surgery

The medical technology has made several advances, and I believe that it's a sagacious innovation if a doctor can demarcate any tumor more precisely and accurately rather than following the conventional anatomical landmarks for excavation of the unhealthy tissue.

Usually, the textbooks in the dental or medical school teach the surgeons specific areas are carcinogenic and need to be excavated from the body. However, in a real-life situation, things prevaricate. The cancer cells are unique and tend to show contrariety, and any surgeon can find the surgery to be recalcitrant to demarcate tumor from the healthy tissue— until now. In the above video, Dr Quyen Nguyen demonstrates how a molecular marker can make tumors light up in neon green, showing surgeons exactly where to cut.
